Welcome to Prep Culinary.
Prep Culinary is a professional food manufacturer of grab and go style food including sandwiches, salads, soups, wraps and heat & serve meals. Our dedicated team works hard daily to produce high quality food for our customers, and for our various brands - Good Day Sandwich Co, and Marty's Snacks.
Out of our commercial kitchen in Mississauga, we service micro-markets, mobile canteens, and other customers in the convenience industry. Our HACCP approved, SQF Certified plant in Etobicoke services national grocery chains, hospital, vending, micro-markets, and more.
